The Victorian Aboriginal Child and Community Agency (VACCA) is an Aboriginal Community-Controlled organisation that supports and advocates for the Aboriginal Community and is the largest organisation of its kind in Australia. About the role
This is a wonderful opportunity for a highly organised, efficient individual with some administration experience and an interest in working in Human Resources in a community organisation. It’s busy role working alongside a supportive, committed, high performing team. The role offers a blend of regular tasks and project work which can be flexible according to the skills and interests of the incumbent.
This role provides a critical administrative function for VACCA by ensuring employee documentation is accurate, up to date and provided in a timely manner. It also provides administrative support to HR Business Partners, HR Advisor and OHS as well as back up for Compliance functions.
