About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping VACCA’s Learning and Development strategy. You’ll provide expert guidance and leadership in designing, enhancing, and delivering a variety of impactful training programs that support our staff and the communities we serve.
About You
In this dynamic role, you’ll support the design and delivery of face-to-face, virtual, and blended learning programs for internal and external audiences. You’ll contribute to aligning training with organisational priorities, ensuring compliance with mandated standards, and embedding adult learning principles across all modules. From managing multiple learning projects and developing resources to engaging stakeholders and maintaining our Learning Management System (LMS), you’ll play a hands-on role in building VACCA’s Learning and Development capability. You’ll also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, support team activities, and uphold safety, quality, and compliance standards across your work.
