Salary: Competitive compensation within SCHADS Level- 2.4 to 3.1, ranging from $35.14 per hour to $36 per hour and superannuation based on your skills and qualifications.

About the Role
As a Residential Care Case Worker, your role is pivotal in cultivating meaningful connections with children and young people. Your focus is on fostering nurturing and positive relationships, guiding each child through the challenges of trauma-based responses to life. Your approach is designed to not only promote healing but also encourage emotional growth and the development of positive attitudes and essential life skills.
