• Position    : Full time, ongoing position 
• Location   : Based at Werribee, with travel to other sites as required
• Salary      :  $97,377.80 - $101,787.92, plus super and salary packaging is available

The Victorian Aboriginal Child and Community Agency (VACCA) is an Aboriginal Community-Controlled organisation that supports and advocates for the Aboriginal Community and is the largest organisation of its kind in Australia. About the role

About You

• A tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, welfare or a related discipline is desirable
• Demonstrated experience and understanding of family violence issues and the impacts on women, children and families
• Knowledge of local family violence programs, accommodation, legal, health and community services within the region – or the ability to acquire that knowledge
• Demonstrated positive working relationships with other agencies in a service network, and experience with shared casework, or group work.
• Requirements: Current COVID-19 vaccination (including booster dose, as applicable), a Working with Children’s Check for a paid employee (or willingness to obtain) and a Victorian Driver Licence.
