The role of the Graduate - Practice Support works cooperatively within VACCA on a 12-month direct service delivery rotational employment program. VACCA ensures that a high quality, culturally appropriate service is delivered to all children, families and carers. VACCA’s 12-month Graduate program is structured and purposeful, incorporating training, mentoring, and professional development opportunities. The position provides opportunity to explore different program areas applying knowledge gained through education in a practical work environment. Predominately, the Graduate – Practice Support will develop client facing casework skills by shadowing casework staff across a range of programs providing better outcomes for children, families and carers.
