About the role
The role of the Human Resources Business Partner (Family Violence) is varied and encompasses a wide range of HR responsibilities. The role will work closely with staff and managers in the Family Violence stream of services within VACCA along with a range of HR functions.
This position plays a critical role in establishing and building relationships across Family Violence programs in VACCA to enable the provision of high-quality HR services and build capacity and expertise in people management practices across the organisation.
About You
As and Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person, you are committed to bringing your HR skills, experience and qualifications to a community organisation with the aim of ensuring workplace matters are dealt with in a culturally appropriate way. You are able to travel around Victoria as required and build relationships with people at all levels of the organisation. You are able to work independently and enjoy being part of a high functioning, supportive team.
