• Salary      :    $115,337.04 - $120,440.32 plus Super and Salary Packaging

About the role

This position is responsible for the day-to-day management of the External Training Team, including providing leadership, coaching, assisting with training and quality oversite of packages and delivery. The team leader will lead and support a team of Aboriginal facilitators to deliver Culturally strong, high-quality learning experiences that build the capability of external organisation working with Aboriginal children, families and communities.

About You

• Demonstrated commitment and understanding for the values that underpin VACCA’ vision and purpose.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing a team to achieve high-quality outcomes.
• Experience in facilitating engaging learning experiences for adult learners.
• A strong understanding of Aboriginal cultures, communities, histories and cultural protocols.
• Ability and willingness to build and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders.
• A strong understanding of budget requirements and the ability to meet these.
• Demonstrated organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• A willingness to travel as required, and at times work outside of hours within reason. 
• Requirements: Valid Police Check, a Victorian Working with Children’s Check for a paid employee (or willingness to obtain) and a Victorian Driver Licence. Current COVID-19 vaccination (Strongly Recommended).
