About the role
The Office Manager is a key member of the Frankston Office Support Team, providing vital support to program staff working with Aboriginal children and families, government and sector partners. Working as part of the administration team and broader Southern VACCA team, the role supports all program areas to ensure smooth operations and the delivery of high‑quality services.
About You
You’re a highly organised and proactive professional who takes pride in keeping an office running at its best. You bring strong administrative and people‑management skills, confidently supporting client services staff and managers, maintaining accurate records, coordinating meetings and managing busy day today operations. Comfortable leading staff and managing finances and resources, you enjoy supporting new starters, contributing to team projects and shaping positive wellbeing initiatives. Flexible, collaborative and solutions‑focused, you step up during busy periods and work respectfully to deliver great outcomes for staff, clients and the wider VACCA team.
- Requirements:
- Qualifications in relevant diploma, degree or equivalent such as Business Administration
- A minimum of 5 years of work experience in administrative roles, including exposure to senior level responsibilities
- Valid Police Check, a Victorian Working with Children’s Check for a paid employee (or willingness to obtain) and a Victorian Driver Licence. Current COVID-19 vaccination (Strongly Recommended)
