About You

You bring strong short‑term case management experience, including crisis responses for Aboriginal clients accessing the NEMA Orange Door Hub. You’re confident completing intake processes, MARAM, needs assessments and care plans, and you’re comfortable conducting outreach when required. Your practice is grounded in respect, cultural safety and genuine engagement with Aboriginal individuals and families. You maintain high standards of documentation, from case notes to assessments and incident reports, and you keep client files accurate and up to date in the CRM. You also support triage functions when needed and actively contribute to a culturally safe environment that upholds choice and self‑determination for Aboriginal people.
