About the role

As the welcoming face of VACCA, you’ll create a safe and friendly space for everyone who walks through our doors. This role is all about connection – greeting clients and visitors with respect, supporting our staff, and helping the office run smoothly. You’ll keep the front desk organised, assist with admin tasks, and make sure every interaction reflects our commitment to culture, care, and community.

About You

You’re someone who loves creating a warm and welcoming space for our community. You’ll be the first friendly voice and face people meet, making sure every interaction is respectful and culturally safe. From answering calls and passing on messages promptly to keeping the reception area neat and organised, you help things run smoothly. You’ll handle mail, support with admin tasks like filing and photocopying, and keep everything flowing so our staff can focus on what matters most – supporting families and culture.

  • Requirements: Valid Police Check, a Working with Children’s Check for a paid employee (or willingness to obtain) and a Victorian Driver Licence. Current COVID-19 vaccination (Strongly Recommended).
