About the role

Be part of a program that supports Aboriginal families to stay strong, connected, and safe together. The Aboriginal-led Case Conferencing (ALCC) program is an early intervention approach grounded in culture, self-determination, and community, working to reduce involvement with Child Protection.
In this role, you’ll walk alongside Aboriginal families, including those expecting a child, building respectful, trusting relationships. You’ll connect families with culturally safe supports and bring people together through Aboriginal-led case conferences that empower families, strengthen networks, and support positive outcomes for children.

About You

• Requirements:
• Certificate, Diploma, and/or Degree qualification in Community Services, Social Work and/or relevant field. And/or significant experience working with Aboriginal communities, and willingness to complete relevant qualification.
• Valid Police Check, a Victorian Working with Children’s Check for a paid employee (or willingness to obtain) and a Victorian Driver Licence. 
• Current COVID-19 vaccination (Strongly Recommended)
