About the role

Join a role that supports Aboriginal families to stay strong, connected, and thriving. As an Intensive Family Services Case Manager, you’ll work alongside families through culturally grounded, strengths based support, including regular home visits. You’ll help strengthen parenting capacity, connect families with community and culture, and link them to the right services to support positive outcomes.

About You

You’re passionate about supporting Aboriginal children and families through culturally grounded, strengths-based approaches. You build strong, respectful relationships and feel confident working alongside families in their homes, providing practical support, guidance, and advocacy. You connect families with the right services, collaborate across community and government networks, and contribute to positive outcomes through thoughtful planning, clear communication, and accurate record keeping.

  • Qualifications in relevant diploma, degree, or equivalent such as Social Work
  • Work experience in similar role and/or industry desirable.
  • Requirements:
  • Valid Police Check, a Victorian Working with Children’s Check for a paid employee (or willingness to obtain) and a Victorian Driver Licence. 
  • Current COVID-19 vaccination (Strongly Recommended)
